OSHA 10 Hour Construction
OSHA 10 Hour Construction is an OSHA-authorized online Outreach Training program designed for entry-level construction workers that build, alter or repair under 29 CFR 1926 construction standards. The 10-hour online course covers workers rights, falls, power lines, protective gear, health hazards and hand tools and is delivered through ClickSafety, an OSHA-authorized training provider.
- Follows OSHA Outreach minimums, including four hours on Focus Four hazards – falls, electrocution, caught-in/between, and struck-by – which are the leading causes of construction fatalities.
- Covers personal protective equipment, construction health hazards and common jobsite tools.
- Each learner receives a printable Certificate of Completion and a Department of Labor 10-hour card.
Note: Employers are responsible for providing additional training on specific job hazards as noted in many OSHA standards. This course is written for construction work under 29 CFR 1926 and is also available in Spanish – OSHA 10 Hour Construction in Spanish, which earns the same card. It is not the right card for general industry. If the work is manufacturing, warehousing, healthcare, retail or utilities, take OSHA 10 Hour General Industry instead.
