Contractor & Subcontractor Training

Contractor & Subcontractor Training is a three module online course built to 29 CFR 1926 and 29 CFR 1910. It covers multi employer liability, pre job safety plans and JSAs, Focus Four hazards, permits, coordination between trades and OSHA reporting.

• Work out which employer gets cited on a shared site, using the four roles in OSHA’s multi employer policy.
• Build the pre job pack a client asks for: the safety plan, JSA, competent person names and training records.
• Report to OSHA against the clock, 8 hours for a fatality and 24 hours for the rest, under 29 CFR 1904.39.
