Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in the Workplace

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) in the Workplace course is an online training program that teaches employees the specific meanings and purposes behind diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging and how to practice each of them in the workplace. The course covers different types of diversity, what an equitable workplace looks like, how bias can impact employee opportunities, and how to build a supportive and respectful work culture. It is delivered through MARCOM, a safety and compliance training content provider.

Training covers what diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging each mean, why diversity is important in the workplace, the difference between conscious and unconscious bias, how to create an equitable work environment, and how inclusion and belonging factor into workplace productivity and morale.

The course is 100% online, fully self-paced, and accessible on desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones.
