Annual Environmental Training

Annual Environmental Training is an online refresher built on the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act and the RCRA generator rules in 40 CFR Part 262. It covers site impacts, waste storage, spill prevention and response, reporting duties and records.

• Name the six environmental impacts of site work, from air emissions and runoff through to noise and habitat.
• Segregate and store hazardous waste to the satellite accumulation area conditions set out in 40 CFR 262.15.
• Work a spill in the right order, then make the internal and National Response Center calls that it triggers.
