eTraining’s Recordkeeping & Reporting course is built to 29 CFR 1904, the OSHA rule that decides which workplace injuries and illnesses go on the books and which do not. Two parts work through the recordability decision, Forms 300, 300A and 301 column by column, and the posting, retention and employee access duties that follow.

• Work the recordability decision tree: is it an injury, is it work-related, is it a new case.
• Fill in Forms 300, 301 and 300A correctly, and know which totals transfer where.
• Take it online at your own pace, pass the final exam at 70% and print your Certificate of Completion.
