GHS Training

GHS Training (HazCom) shows your crew how to read a label and a Safety Data Sheet under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200, the Hazard Communication Standard. Four online modules, 1 to 2 hours, cover classification, pictograms, label elements and the 16-section SDS.

• Covers the eight OSHA pictograms and the six shipped-label elements, so a crew can read a container on sight.
• Walks through all 16 sections of a Safety Data Sheet, from first aid to exposure limits and the gear to wear.
• Explains how GHS sorts chemicals into hazard classes and categories, and what Danger and Warning each mean.
