Developing a Health and Safety Plan
eTraining’s Developing a Health and Safety Plan course is an online training program designed for safety officers, supervisors, and employees who are assigned responsibility for creating or managing their company’s Health and Safety Plan (also called a Safety Manual). The course teaches participants how to develop a working Health and Safety Plan in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 and general OSHA compliance requirements. It is delivered through eTraining, an online safety training provider.
Training focuses on the step-by-step process of developing a company health and safety plan, including understanding OSHA regulations and compliance requirements, the differences between a company-wide health and safety plan and a site-specific project health and safety plan, environmental protection segments (spill prevention and cleanup), hazard identification and assessment, standard operating procedures, employee training requirements, recordkeeping, and program evaluation.
The course is 100% online, fully self-paced, and accessible on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
